These are automatic plants, with a completely mechanised work cycle, from the dough room to the packed product. The lay-out of the machinery can change to best use the available space in the location.
There is also a semi-automatic version, where the manual work is reduced for productions of an average quantity.
These plants can be supplied into various sizes of length and breadth to suit different production quantities.
