Breadsticks Loaders
Machine for automatic feeding, after valuing by count or weight the pre-determined product quantity for every packet. The loader con be fed by hand or with a special automatic conveyor taking away the product directly from the oven.
Each one of our chargers can be adapted to any model of packing machine (flow- pack).
Characteristics
- Product drawing from the feedbox by special belts with dolly blocks in stainless steel or in food polyethylene. These belts are furnished with metallic joint which allowe a fast replacement for other products. Besides, they are fur¬nished on the back with a vulcanized slide guide in section 10X6 which avoids the skidding.
- Product counting by photoelectric cell.
- A movement product system is fit in the load feedbox (Agitator).
- Variable speed of the loading belts.
- Draft motion of the loading belt by a brake-clutch group for an immediate and precise stop to the control.
- Opening of the unloading blade by electromagnet. In case of feedbox, by pneumatic cylinder.
- For products and packets which require a particular precision to the unloading process, the loader con have a single feedbox to shutter type with central opening for every head instead of a simple product deduction blade. Usually the opening happens by a pneumatic device.
- Constant tension.
- Program of electronic management by PLC.
- Through this program it is possible to manage the expulsion of casual empty packets. It is also possible to have a contemporaneous un-loading heads system or a so-called jolly system in order to speed-up work-time production on the proper conditions.
- The loader can work an amount of product different in length within the limits of the packaging machine.
- It can be paired to any horizontal packaging machine type only with a control.
- It is possible lo select to the board: unloading time, wait-restart belt time, empty-blow position and unloading point position.
- Possibility to work on the right or left direction depending on the Customer need to place the packaging machine.
- Version with weighing disposal: characteristics as above. Product weight by laying load-cell command gearcase.
- Loading group for particular products with discharge hopper systems personalized with descending mobile wall-like bottom to accompany a very fragile kind of product.
